St Mary’s College provides a safe and supportive learning environment for our students.
As per The Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Regulation 2001 (s.10) the following staff members are our nominated Student Protection Officers.
- Mrs Judith Finan, College Principal
- Mrs Judith Jones, Assistant Principal Administration
Any member of our community who is concerned for the safety of one of our students can make a report to a Student Protection Officer. This report may involve concerns regarding inappropriate behaviour, harm or likely harm or suspected sexual abuse to a student by another person. The Student Protection Officer will then work with the College Principal to inform the appropriate authorities.
